It is the time of year where Phoenix Sister Cities invites all of it’s 10 sister cities to participate in the annual International Competition for Artists with Disabilities. This year will celebrate the competition’s tenth year of operation! This is a great opportunity for sister city participants to express their creativity, share their work, and have their art recognized.
