Calling all Writers and Poets. Ennis Phoenix Twinning Board  is delighted to announce the commencement of the 2015 International Competition for Writers with Disabilities in conjunction with our twin sister city, Phoenix, Arizona.

The competition is open to persons over 19 years of age and entry is free to residents in Ennis and Co Clare. Entry forms are available from Ennis Phoenix Twinning Board member Councillor Mary Howard or at Ennis Chamber of Commerce O’Connell Street, Ennis.
