Cliffs of Moher 5 Miler

A 5 mile run, jog, walk, waddle or toddle in memory of baby Nicholas Stokes, whose parents are from Phoenix, Arizona takes place at 11 a.m on Saturday 16 March 2013, on the most picturesque route in Ireland, at the Cliffs of Moher.

When newborn baby Nicholas passed away at the Cliffs of Moher in 2006 his parents Kelly and Delia were so touched by the support they received at the time of their tragedy that they raised over $80,000 to supply emergency equipment and emergency response training for staff at the Cliffs of Moher.  The first aid center at this very popular tourist destination on the west coast of Ireland is now called “Nicholas Room” in memory of Nicholas.

All  profits raised by the run will go to the Nicholas First Aid Room and to the Neonatal Unit at St Munchin’s Hospital, Limerick.
